Ingredients for Peppermint Patty Cookie Minty Creamsicle Moonshine
- 2 cups French vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 oz candy cane moonshine
- 1 oz dark chocolate moonshine
- 6 chocolate sandwich cookies
- moonshine whip cream (optional but delicious)
- green food coloring (optional)
Instructions for Peppermint Patty Cookie Minty Creamsicle Moonshine
- Combine the first four ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Crush the cookies into small chunks by placing them in a sandwich bag and crushing them with a spoon.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a frosted glass until about 3/4 full.
- Add the crushed cookies and stir well.
- Top with moonshine whip cream (if desired)
